It would help if I could print a roster that includes scouts’ current rank. I realize it is possible to make a report containing this information however due to the SSO glitch, the report is not printable. Since it will be awhile to fix the glitch, adding a current rank option to the roster would be wonderful

I have been unable to run reports and was told this is due to an SSO error. My BSA Member Care Incident number is SSD-65275 for this issue. Right now I just have other leaders run my needed reports when they are able.
Thanks for helping to resolve this. I assumed the error wasn’t unique to me.
