Okay, simply because I am CDO… heh… I found posts mentioning this, but no real resolution.

I am a tech guy. For the life of me, I have resized a photo over and over, but every time I upload my son’s photo, it just says resize and trim. Nothing stating what size. I found a forum thread that states 148x148, which I did everything from 100x100 to 500x500, nothing.

What is the key to getting it to work?

Profile photo upload is currently broken. The developers are aware of the problem but we do not have a resolution schedule.
