When I go to an activity in the new SB+ calendar, I still see “Error printing Permission Slip” every time I click on the button. This topic says it will appear in the change log when the error is fixed, which did in February, but it’s not fixed for me.
I am registered as the guardian of two scouts, and I can successfully RSVP for them. I have tried printing from Firefox and Edge (which uses Chrome). I made sure to disable ad blockers and accept cookies. I’m on Windows 11.
Thanks,
Abigail
@AbigailWelborn- no other roles or registered positions in any units ?
@AbigailWelborn - what is listed in the upper right hand of advancements.scouting.org ?
474 is the troop both boys are in.
and this is the error I see:
@AbigailWelborn - and there are no other choices in that dropdown in the upper right where it says troop 474 ? I would gather that an incognito window does not help either ? On the dropdown I have one listed as parent/guardian and the rest are my committee chair roles.
I’ve only ever been a parent/guardian. I’m just trying to print the permission slips with the auto-fill information so that I can sign them for my scouts.
And yes, in private window is the same.
@AbigailWelborn - I know as a unit admin i would print them out for the entire unit prior to an activity. But as a fall back here is the form:
When I was SM we got into a grove where most Scouts printed them out on their own! Now we only had 10 Scouts at that point, but they did it.
@Matt.Johnson- that’s the best approach. I should have mentioned that it was for the cub scouts
