I can log into my.scouting.org, but when I try to log into scoutbook, no matter what device I am trying to use (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, work computer), I cannot get past clicking on the log in button and having an infinite spinning wheel.
I have cleared the cache.
I have tried multiple different browsers.
I have changed my password.
As a troop committee chair and a crew advisor, this is a real problem because I cannot send emails to my scouts, leaders, or parents, update advancement, recognition, accounts, pull reports, or set permissions. HOW do I get this fixed???
