The Individual Advancement Record (IAR) report should be fixed:

Bug Fixes Individual Advancement Record Issue that caused the Individual Advancement Record (IAR) to display duplicate ranks when multiple Scouts are selected has been fixed. For Star/Life/Eagle Merit Badges that are 0% complete will just display a line If between 0% and 100%, the IAR will display the percentage. If completed, the report will display the date of completion New Features None
