Three MIDs, please manage

Hi SUAC.

Just spoke with our registrar. I have a scouter registered under 1 MID with a registration history, YPT current under a 2nd MID, and he has a 3rd MID with no training or history. Plus all 3 have different birthdays.

Please let me know what my next steps are.

  • MID 127860904 registered, expired YPT
  • MID 14150766 no registration history, current YPT
  • MID ?? no history, no training, can probably be ignored?

@DougWright this is all in Council 062 - why didn’t your Council resolve the issue?

Can a registrar manage MIDs?

I believe so - both in Registrar Tools and VST. This is a little funny as it has a registration and 2 DOBs

Hello,

Is there a way I can connect parent 135676340 to their scout 140172422? I have tried to add connection, but the system can’t find the parent no matter what I do.

Same for their other scout. Connect their parent 140172421 to 135676339? I tried to add them via connection and the system cant find them either. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

If they are already connected to a scout in the unit, use connections manager from the roster page in legacy scoutbook. Then, you’ll have to go to the connection itself and set it to a parent/guardian connection.
