"Timeout" connecting with Chrome on desktop and Safari on Mobile

I’ve done something and cannot seem to fix it. On mobile (apple), I open my shortcut and it goes to a completely blank screen – first black, then white – and then to a message that says “Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding”. On Chrome – I also get “This site can’t be reached. Scoutbook.com took too long to respond”. I got desperate and tried Edge on the desktop and it is fine. I have cleared my cookies, my cache, my browsing history on Chrome and still no luck. Any advice would be welcome. Two different browsers, two devices, same website. I even turned off my wifi connection on my phone so that it would use cellular data and still times out. So - two different networks as well.

Change your bookmarks to https://scoutbook.scouting.org. The redirect that has been in place for 2 years has stopped working it is being investigated but it is better to use the correct URL.
