Are you running the FireFox Extension? Most FF extensions are messing up today it appears - that could be effecting it?
Has Scoutbook started responding for you? We have seen cases in the early morning where overnight processes are still running, causing errors.
No but great point - I was using Chrome.
That may be it as it presents as process related. I typically make changes early in the morning before heading to work and have experienced the latency issues frequently.
