Treasurer functional role issue \ Permissions not working in scoutbook or scoutbook plus

Hello,
I’m hoping someone can help with an issue we’re running into.
Our previous treasurer’s membership expired and they have left the pack. We updated the Position Manager in my.scouting.org and assigned the new Treasurer the functional role to an existing, fully-registered member of our Pack Committee—handled the same way we’ve successfully done in the past.
However, the new treasurer does not have the necessary permissions in Scoutbook or scoutbook plus to update Pack or individual Payment Logs.
I attempted to fix this by adding the new treasurer in Scoutbook Plus → Treasurer Permissions Manager, since the permissions list was blank. Each time I add them, Scoutbook creates two duplicate entries for the same person and then displays an error message.
We are currently unable to grant the correct permissions and cannot manage Pack finances in Scoutbook.

Could someone please assist or advise?

@Steven16191103- since payment logs are still in legacy I think connection manager is the way to get them access. I recall it being view for all scouts.

Yes Connections would need to be made to all scouts in Legacy for that - until the payment logs roll to SB+
