The Troop Permission Slips for all Scouts on our Roster are not being generated. We have a camping event May 22–24, 2026 on ScoutBook Plus Calendar. The ID#s are:

ID# 141875812

I checked the evite list and those 5 Scouts are not listed. How do I go back and add them to the evite list?

@DietrichJohnson - are you talking about in scoutbook plus or something else. If not scoutbook then you will need to work with that 3rd party.

In the Scoutbook+ calendar - you would edit (or someone with Calendar Edit permissions) the Event and add them to the Invite List.

You might also want to click the ADD NEW Scout options to events so scouts are not left off if they join the unit.
