Help!
My scout has all of his old progress on scout book as SB 11709655 BSA XXXXXXXXXX.
We moved packs and now he has a new SB 12851346 BSA XXXXXXXXXX.
Can some help me take all the old information and put it in the new account please
@BrianNeilson I have merged his Scoutbook accounts.
His last name was spelled differently between the 2 BSA member ID numbers, and that is why a new Scoutbook account was created.
I would recommend double-checking the spelling of his last name. If it is not correct, please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar tools to correct it.
