Hi SUAC,

@DougWright I think I found a second BSA MID in CA. What are you asking us to do?
For the record and others - users can log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials > all training syncs to Primary - all data has to match
This does not deal with 2 Scoutbook accounts but is a start
Hi @JenniferOlinger,
He doesn’t know the CA number. Please manage his MIDs or tell me his CA number so he can do it. He seems to have two My.Scouting logins. He wants to keep firstinitiallastname.
Thank you.
@DougWright His BSA member ID numbers are:
141006802
108916801
I already added the second one to Manage Member ID. He wouldn’t have been able to manage them on his own, because his name and DOB are different.
I only see one username for him. It is:
firstinitiallastnameX [where X represents some numbers]
He logged in about a week ago, so he should know his username.
