I am the unit advancement chair and also have calendar and activity log permissions such as: Activity Approver/Creator/Remover/Editor.
When I click on Activity Log in scoutbook plus, there is no option to create a new activity so that I can log service, camping, etc. I’m needing to get in and log our pack’s service hours as we have completed several and would like to have them logged for the year of service initiative our council in participating in. Thanks!
@AndreaFowler2 - are you doing this on a pc or mobile device?
@AndreaFowler2 you are UAC - but you do not have Activity approver from what I see. A Unit Key 3 can add that in Permission Manager.
When I look at all of the permissions beside my name, it shows Activity Approver/Creator/Remover/Editor. Do I need to request a different permission from my Key3? If so, could you let me know what specifically I need to request? Thank you so much for your help!
@AndreaFowler2 yeah something does not add up - as from what I see you should not have that - I am having others look too - you could try an incognito window
I just tried the incognito window, and I’m getting the same results. I appreciate you having people look into this.
OK I think Activities is showing false for you. Have a Key 3 look at permissions manager and see what they see it on, can they still give you. I ended an old position for you which might make the false go away.,
