As reported in this post, all unit leaders have inadvertently been added to sub-unit only recurring events (den meetings).
When attempting to use the edit series information feature (as described in the March 5th change log) to only edit future invitees, we run into several problems:
- The sub-unit SELECT ALL buttons have inconsistent behavior: sometimes clicking SELECT ALL [den name], or All Youth, etc. won’t add anyone; other times, clicking SELECT ALL [den name] will add parents, but not youth or leaders.
- Clicking the unit SELECT ALL Parents/Guardians adds all unit leaders who are also parents (even if not parents in that sub-unit).
- When we manually remove all of the unwanted invitees and save, we get the following error: “user(s) not found for the given userId(s) - userId(s): 2798405”.
- When we attempt to remove all invitees and save (so we can start from blank), we get the following similar error: “user(s) not found for the given userId(s) - userId(s): 2798405,13254679,13258587,13263525”
I have done shift-refresh, logged-out and logged-in. No change.
