Several members completed the Out of this World NOVA award. I am a den leader for both a Webelos and an AOL den. I can award it to the Webelos, it is not an award option for the AOLs.
@PhilipBaxa as NOVA is a council award and no longer a national level award the CS Program team does not have those awards for the new AOL dens - you can talk to council as they are their awards now.
Thank you for the reply. So the bottom line is that since it was part of the previous Webelos program, they are are still enter-able in Scoutbook. However given the disaggregation of Webelos and AOLs, the award programs that were previously discontinued at the national level did not port over with the new update?
@PhilipBaxa yes still enter-able for Webelos and other lower ranks until Awards are moved to SB+ - we have heard they will retire from the systems then as they are council awards like Polar Bear Camp Award, or top Popcorn seller. Still waiting on a list of CS Awards period, there are not many as they were worked into all the new adventures.

Will say getting even the patches can be tricky in some councils now. I know of a strong STEM council - that basically hands unit an order form from a vendor now.
Interesting. I relooked at the AOL awards, and the SCOUTStrong USA Triathlon (CS) (Retired 12/31/2020) ported over despite it not being supported at any level of scouting (National, Council, etc.). It seems like things that have been retired at the National Level are still moving over and that this process has been inconsistent.
