We are unable to generate the Eagle Scout Rank Application. When we try to generate the application we get a nothing but the following error code" ref: PD-20240806143730-456619-761818.
What is the Scout’s BSA Member ID (no names)
His BSA Member # is “113200”.
That member ID does not exist in the BSA.
I see a Scoutbook UserID that appears to be your son. Is this who you are talking about.
Try this BSA Member ID #127924165
There are multiple SB accounts for him. Stand by while I fix this.
