Unable to get into Eagle Application

Hi, I’ve been trying to log into the Eagle Application under reports.

I am logged into my account. I am able to access my son’s record.

After I enter my BSA Id and last name, I always get this message:" Please log onto your account and try again, or report this to the forums (82)." I am logged into my account. I’ve tried to do this on several different devices and still get this message.

Any suggestions?

Go to your son’s page then click Reports then Eagle Application.

The BSA Member ID that needs to be entered is for the Scout but only needs to be entered if you try to generate the Eagle Application from My Dashboard → Reports.

You have to enter your son’s BSA ID and last name.
