I had a similar issue with entering the Recruitment Awards over the weekend. I waited an hour, still spun for a while, but finally let me get to the screen.
Question - Why are some awards enterable via Advancement, but others still need to be entered via Scoutbook?
I would be careful with awards in SB+ some are there but work to make them work has not even started
Awards seems to be much better today
