I can log into Scoutbook no problem and look at all the scouts on our roster. I’ve been able to go into Merit Badges and Rank advancement. But when I click on Awards it says loading and spins, then gives me a Whoops! We encountered and error and to report the issue here.
If I click on an award the scout already has, it will display that specific award, but I can’t add a new one or update any others.
Odd thing is when I try this on my own scout, it works perfectly - no errors. But any other scout in the troop - error.
I am the Committee Chair, Advancement Chair etc. and have full access to the scouts.
This seems to be the only item under a scout I can’t get to.

@TerriMyers Awards has always lagged - I suggest using Quick Entry for awards
@TerriMyers Awards is working for me.
Are you having difficulty with any Scouts in particular? If so, could you post their BSA member ID number?

@TerriMyers Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce. The Whoops error is usually a timeout error. There doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with that particular Scout.
I am seeing the same issue. I get the Whoops error when I click on Awards. (Same situation: I’m the Advancement Chair and am trying to enter new Awards for scouts in the troop)
Same is happening. Getting whoops error when logging awards - happened with national outdoor awards, world conversation and devices. Sometimes, the entry takes sometimes not. Always getting whoops error regardless of scout. Quick entry is not an option for NOA devices. Taking so long. I have 13 devices to enter.

I see the same issue for ID 132006033 trying to enter Mile Swim. It worked a few minutes ago. I tried Quick Entry for two scouts, failed. Tried to access Awards submenu for listed ID, and I get the error. I can access the Advance submenu for that Scout.
Have admin go to roster and clean old connections - that will help
@Stephen_Hornak yeah. They can be entered under the individual profiles for awards but not in quick entry. I get it because the next device is not available for entry until the current one is earned. But in a situation where a Scout has 100 nights of camping and earns the last merit badge needed for the NOA camping segment, it will trigger the NOA award + 2 gold devices.
Tried that, still get the error accessing Awards for that Scout.
just another example of why we need off this platform to SB+
@KimLadzinske - ah yes I see now that it does insert the device line after the segment is earned. I had not encountered that in actual use. And it does not insert itself in quick entry.
Still seeing error accessing Awards under a Scout AND using Quick Entry. My scenario:
Added Mile Swim to 1 Scout (140844464) using QE.
Received Error attempting to add Mile Swim to 3 Scouts using QE. One Scout was updated (140839547), the other two were not (14905124, 14040397). After this failure, when I attempt to access the Awards sub-page for each of the two Scouts, I receive the same error:
“One Scout was updated (140839547), the other two were not (14905124, 14040397).” My bad—all three failed after the QE attempt.
A work-around: The 3-Scout QE attempt failed, but when I navigated to each Scout’s page, and used Quick Entry from that page, I successfully added the Mile Swim award. If I attempted to navigate to the Scout’s Award subpage, I still received the error. So I updated all three by using the Quick Entry on the Scout’s page instead of the troop or patrol page.
When I tried this workaround in a different troop, it took two attempts to be successful for one Scout (132006033).
