All we know is it is being worked on. When a fix is released it will be announced in the Change Log category.
Having the same issue here. We have our holiday banquet next week & there are some adventures I can’t approve. Any way to work around it so I can get loops & pins on the Advancement Report? I hate to make the impacted Scouts wait until our next Pack meeting to get the pins they earned while their peers are getting the same pins next week.

I am having an issue recording the Paws for Action adventure. Not sure if it is related or not. Has been persistent for several days. I was able to record Chef Tech no problems.
Please post the BSA Member IDs (no names) for the Scout(s) you hare having trouble with Paws for Action. Are you using Quick Entry or manually updating the adventure?
I’ve tried both quick entry and manual entry. Scouts affected: 137514054, 137356295, 137514064, 137077736, 141195100, 14765328, 14765336.

I have yet to be able to enter any award into Scoutbook Plus. I get multiple errors. I have tried different awards, entered them as a den, and have tried individually.
I have tried to do the quick entry and have gotten this error. I then tried to go to that individual scout and do it and I get the same error. I tried entering each requirement individually and then as a whole.
