Opening another post to see if there are any updates on the search issue. the only way I can seem to get to see someone on the search is searching by email.
That’s better than many folks are seeing in terms of functionality. :^). In all seriousness, there was just a post in another thread that it’s still being actively worked by IT with no published timeline for a fix.
The best way to track it is to subscribe to the changelings, as this will certainly be noted there when fixed.
One work-around, for some use cases, is for an admin to look up the adult in Connections Manager, set a basic (View Profile/View Advancement) connection to the scout, then go to that scout’s connections via the Scoutbook roster and change the connection type as appropriate.
