Unable To Verify Account

A Parent is trying to connect to their Scout on Scoutbook. The parent keeps getting a popup message " we are not able to verify your account at this time. Please try again later". I’ve never ran into this problem before so I am unsure who I need to contact in order to find the solution.

@JessicaFoxall what is the parents BSA # or SB User ID?

is there a way to provide that not for all to see ?

@JessicaFoxall just the number with no name is perfectly safe

And often the parent logging into my.scouting.org can solve this too
