Scout cannot set up account in Scoutbook

We are trying to set up a Scout’s account in Scoutbook. The parents sent him an invite, and in going through the process to set up SSO, he is selecting the existing account that is found in putting in the my.scouting password. But it always gives him the error message “We were not able to verify your account at this time. Please try again later.” Even after waiting several days and trying again.

His MID is: 13407369, UID: 1870323.

If anyone can help with this, it would be greatly appreciated. This is but one of the many issues we are encountering getting our parents and Scouts set up to be able to use Scoutbook.

That MID belongs to an adult, not a Scout. Please provide the Scout’s MID.
