@EthanLido there is no way to reverse it other than you going one by one to clear it correctly. Sorry.

Adding to Donovan’s remarks, one of your Unit admins/Key 3 may be able to pull the Audit Log Report to help identify the ones that were marked Awarded in the last day or so. That at least could get you started on a roadmap for what needs undoing.

The only impact that might apply is that, once marked Awarded, items will no longer appear on open POs. Thus, if the unit hasn’t already purchased/awarded the items, you’ll likely want to roll them back (or at least track down which ones they were) so you can purchase and distribute them.

No APPROVED is what makes a Date Official. Awarded is Purely Audit data for the Unit - it has no effect on the scout.
