I have a volunteer (ID3289525) who is unable to access their my.Scouting account. The error is “Your account has been locked. It will unlock automatically after 30 minutes. For further assistance, please contact your local council." He has waited for days to try again and it is always locked. Please advise as I do not see a way to unlock him in Registrar Tools. Thank you.
@shigadeyo that is Unlocked - if they do not know Password - using the BOT at my.scouting.org bottom Right before log in is the best way - just tell it forgot password
