Bug Fixes Merit Badge Version An issue that caused a Whoops error when a Scout attempted to change the version of a merit badge has been fixed. Scouts BSA Rank Requirements Last week’s release of 2022 Scouts BSA rank requirements missed changes to Second Class, First Class and Star ranks. 2022 versions of Second Class and First Class were added.
