Names are something that can only be updated by the council. I suggest reaching out to your registrar.
This parent may be able to change their own name via the My Dashboard → My Account → Edit Profile link in Scoutbook. If this doesn’t work, the registrar will need to fix it.
Logging into my.scouting.org should allow parent to change name as well
