When Scouts are entered in activities via the activity log, have it populate the Summertime Fun Adventure requirements. For Cubs, have an additional tab in the Activity Log for Pack activities that don’t fall under hike, Camping, or Service Project. That way when we have a Pack Beach Day in August, I can go in, record who was there, and it populates the Summertime Fun Adventure.
Currently, it looks like I have to enter events as only a Hike, Camping, or Service project in the Activity Log, and then I have to go and assign it to Scouts by Den to give them credit for the Summertime Fun Adventure.
