User accepts account, still showing pending

I have a scouter fulfilling another role in a troop/pack. he has accepted the invite, but still shows as pending. SB User ID:2619761 BSA Member ID:135764138

The user last logged in 1/8/23 at about 8:25 PM Central. Pending should be cleared.
