User has log in issue only on Scoutbook?

Local council looking for help - received this message from a unit leader:
”This is an odd one. I’ve been helping out a new family trying to get into ScoutBook. Their account works on the majority of the websites and the Scouting app.

Doesn’t work: https://scoutbook.scouting.org/, it states invalid username and password. Even though I can get to his ScoutBook Legacy account from the ScoutBook Plus site. It’s odd. You have to log into ScoutBook Plus first though.”

User is reporting that that may have happened because they “backdoor” entered through the legacy link in Scoutbook Plus. This is the error they are still receiving as of this morning:

Additionally, they are reporting that they can’t see events on the Scouting app calendar but another user can log in on user’s phone and see them. User is listed as guardian to active youth.
