@DonovanMcNeil Same message with an incognito window. Also tried logging in on a computer that neither of us have used to log in before.
try logging into my.scouting.org with the account - if you get in then go to SB+
He can get into my.scouting.org but gets the same message when trying to navigate to SB+ after logging in there
I did just relink the SB user to the signin - but I do not think that will help.

@RachelLucke - when you look at your scout you see all of the advancement items like rank, awards, etc? How old is your scout and did they ever take youth protection training ? Just trying to see if there is some background reason for the login message. I see that message using my son’s login but he is 21 now so that makes sense.
All of his awards and rank look current. No YPT – he’s 11, and I just checked that his DOB is correct.
Has the scout ever access it while in the troop?
Yes, he usually checks it after every weekly troop meeting, so he was in there about a week and a half ago.
So what happens if you log into my.scouting.org and click this link?

OK - at a TOTAL loss - first developer who looked at said what I said - I am gonna try one thing and take him out of SB Unit and set an overnight sync to see if that solves it. Wondering if the Patrol he is in is the issue
Thanks for your help! Our troop just told me they are having all kinds of permissions issues at the moment, so it’s not just him. They’re working with our district leadership to try to figure it out.
