Good morning. since last 1/22/26 at 2200 I have not been able to get into scout plus either standalone or from scoutbook. getting two red errors. I cleared cached, tried different browsers ect. No change.

I am able to get into my.scouting.org. I tried on 3 browsers, and on multiple computers, even clearing cache, still not getting into https://advancements.scouting.org/
“Unable to find the person for the given GUID.” - might be part of a bug that is being investigated, if you get that when signing into SB+

are you able to disconnect that ID from me? I am wondering if that is the profile that council had created when it had added Merit badge counselor to my account a few months ago.
