User having issues accessing account

One of our volunteers is reporting that they can no longer access their scoutbook account.

Profile number in Scoutnet is 12959006.

I’m not seeing any issues within ScoutNet, would advisory group be able to look at this profile and see what might be causing this?

@TyPage I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
