Recently while attempting to login into my Scoutbook account, I found that my profile was blank. It contained the wrong user ID number, no BSS number, and I still do not have access to my Pack’s information. I’ve attempted to contact my local council regarding this and they have been unsuccessful in fixing the problem. When my Committee Chair log is, he can see my actual profile with all of my information. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
