I noticed in report builder that my Webelos who had completed and approved electives were not showing up with an approved or even completed Req 3a.
When looking at their individual advancement in their profiles, the elective are marked completed and leader approved with blue checks, but Requirement 3 is still green and un-editable.
Rank completion percentage seems to be correct. Both Scouts were on 2016 in Webelos and AOL.
