What happens after membership lapse (60 days, 90 days)?

What happens to a Scout or a Volunteer member if they let their membership lapse for 60 days or more?

Do they have to re-join with a new re-join fee?

Do they lose any of their past advancements in Scoutbook and these need to be re-entered somehow (no idea how that would even be possible)?

Do they need to re-take any required training to be current?

Lastly, does anything further happen at 90+ days that I am not thinking?

After 60 day grace period all memberships end. They can come back by re-applying and paying membership (no new fee cause they were a previous scout). Advancements are safe and stored. Training does have to be current for the position.
