I am unable to generate meritbadge counselors report. I used the following knowledge base and could not see any MB counselors link or their details.
I am trying to run Scoutbook
Roster Builder Designer selecting all and saving report or running both erroring.
System failure (77).

The list of merit badge counselors is available to registered scouters from the troop page in the menu at the bottom of the page. It’s not visible to scouts or parents.
