Will a volunteer be able to input MBC badges to approved MBC?

Will a volunteer be able to input MBC badges to approved MBC?

If so any projected date, and will District MBC Deans be able to do at district level?

What I know is that Scoutnet that currently is the authoritative list of approvals is set to be replaced by Registrar Tools in MyScouting by the end of the year. I would guess that someone with Registration Support access or Advancement Committee access might be able to do something eventually, but I don’t know if that’s in the plan. The only thing I definitely know is the plan for Scoutnet to be replaced by the end of the year.
