scoutbook is refusing to let me remove a lion award a DL gave to a kid (who did not earn it - he is a wolf and just finished bobcat). It appears to be glitching and requiring the lion award to be marked as competed in order to have the bobcat marked as completed. could use help!
is there a way to revert the scoutbook log to several days ago? before the den leader put in all of his new scouts as having earned previous badges?
@TiffanyBell-Horwath sometimes you need to unapprove the award > save > then clear the date
Also, if they marked individual requirements complete, you need to remove one or more of the requirements. Otherwise it auto-completes again.
Are you receiving a message that tells you you can’t remove it?
