A Den leader accidentally marked the Lion rank approved and awarded in Scoutbook Plus and marked the bobcat adventure as “awarded” but they were not awarded. The system is not allowing me to remove these. I am Committee Chair for our Pack. I am getting “Error User advancement record failed to update.”
Please remove Lion rank from scout member ID 141019533.

This is a known issue. Watch the change log for an announcement when it is fixed.
We are not able to remove advancement from Scouts. You will be able to do so once the issue is resolved.
