One of the Den Leaders accidentally clicked “Awarded” instead of just “Approved” and I cannot remove the Awarded option in Scoutbook Plus.
Please make it able to be removed or I won’t be able to properly submit a PO.
There needs to be a way to back out Awards in case of input error. Currently there is no fix.

I have passed this on to the developers as it looks to me as if you have the correct permissions to remove Awarded.
You are listed as Unit Admin for the Pack and Den Admin for each den which is not necessary since Unit Admin is a superset of Den Admin. I have no idea if this could be causing your issue.
Adding Den admin allows me to see everyone in my Dashboard when I login, otherwise its only my own children.
Any luck? I was hoping to order awards today. Guess we will have to skip this one.
Only Cub Scout ranks are restricted. Adventures can be purchased without an advancement form.

@DavidGrotenberg - the dev team is not on the forums. Look at the change logs for updates.
I’m having the same issue. I accidentally approved the wrong award in Scoutbook and now I can’t remove it.

Just tested again and this appears to still be an issue with Scoutbook Plus.

I am having the same problem. A den leader accidentally selected the rank for a brand new Lion and marked it as awarded. I can not remove that. I am Committee Chair so have Unit Admin permissions.
Scout Member ID is: 141019533. The Lion rank needs to be removed.
Same issue. Cannot unaward a Bobcat adventure as CC. Look forward to the fix.

We are told the Remove Awarded is fixed - I do not have a Pack to test
