Scout in T45 completed EBOR. Paperwork to Council and notification that Credentials are back from National. Updated SB+ for 12 palms on date of EBOR (that work satisfactorily). Created new PO (#1039355) to take to Shout Shop at Council to pick up credentials, Eagle presentation materials, and also to pick up his 12 palms (4 ea B,G,S). Check 13 boxes 1 rank and 12 palms, told SB+ to process, downloaded the Advancement report and that looks good (has 13 awards). Downloaded the PO and it only lists 4 items 1 ea B,G,S palm and 1 eagle rank. We normally give cards for every palm and the feathers, I should not have a problem with Scout Shop, but the PO should allow purchase of more than 1 palm even though the scout is only allowed to have 1 B or 1 G and the correct # of S to match the total number of Palms earned on the Eagle Badge.
I have several hats including Advancement Coordinator for over 20 years for the troop(s), former District Advancement Chair, on the current list of District EBOR representatives, District Vice Chair (former Chair), and COR for 3 units (1B & 1 G Troop, 1 F pack).
