I am a commissioner and I was checking something and noticed a scout that I know is 1st class showing as 2nd class on the Youth Member Age Report for T252 C636. The youths BSA ID is 135707944. I know the father and he checked in SB and SB+ and the rank shows correctly as 1st class in SB and SB+. Is there an issue with the commissioners report or is this an isolated issue? How does this get fixed?
@JohnRennpferd that is a report to council so they can turn in a Membercare ticket

Ok, I’ll route this to the district commissioner for him to resolve. Thank you.
You need to work with a Council staff member to get a member care ticket opened. This cannot be done by another volunteer.

Thank you. Understood. The benefit of routing this to the district commissioner is that he has free time during business hours to gently inquire (aka pester) people to find resolution 
It is helpful if you can be specific and include pictures when submitting the help ticket.
