First, have a leader in the unit (Cubmaster / Scoutmaster, Committee Chair) check the Member Manager at my.scouting.org. There is a Youth Member Age Report that they can check there. If the Scout’s age is incorrect there, then they need to contact the local council to get the Scout’s DOB corrected.
