1 BSA member ID and 2 Scoutbook User IDs - how to merge?

My wife’s BSA Member ID is: 12963130

She has TWO Scoutbook User IDs: 2428443 (the one she uses) and 11802291 (the one she doesn’t use).

How can I merge these two Scoutbook User IDs? Is this something I can do or does it have to be done by someone else? I have a few other adult members of the Troop with the same problem.
