2 Accounts, Same email/number

Hello. I some how have 2 Scoutbook accounts under the same email/number. This causes a lot of issues on my end with communication, and training. I can not get into the other account to delete it. Can I call someone to get the account deleted? Thanks

@DonielleFalkman I will merge your SB users and put the BSA Member IDs undermanagement – you will want to use your username - NOT EMAIL - to log in

I have the same problem. 2 Scoutbook accounts under the same email, etc. One is an account when my oldest son was small. The current account is with all 3 of my children.

@SusanCedars that is fixed - email was on one of your Scouts accounts

I also have 2 accounts under the same email.
