404 when removing items from PO

I receive a 404 when attempting to remove items from a PO. I successfully select the items and press the button to remove them. There is a pop up message that says they were removed, but then the page redirects to a 404 (see screenshot). The items are still in the PO when returning to the PO. Tried several times with same result.
