Access denied error downloading the Feature Assistant Extension

So, I have a new machine (yay!), but that means installing all of my stuff again (boo!).

I was tying to install the Firefox extension from here:

but I get this error:

I thought I’d be a clever clogs and use the manual installation link here:

https://dea1koavvbivi.cloudfront.net/manual.html

and, alas, got the same error.

I suspect it’s something I don’t quite understand going on at my end, but for the life of me I can’t seem to track it down. Any thoughts, @GaryFeutz ?

I will check when I can… but FYI., it’s on the BSA servers which have had a “few” issues recently
