A few years ago a class of our pack’s scouts who earned their Arrow of Light were not properly recorded. Is it possible to access prior scouts in scoutbook and edit their achievements? Our attached Troop is asking us to revise them in scoutbook because some of them are about to apple for Eagle Scout and the information is incorrect but I’m not seeing a way to do that.
Yes. Ours had us fill out a manual advancement report. They were able to correct it. It really couldn’t be done in Scoutbook unless the made them cubs again, added the AoL, then moved them back up. That would have been a pain for new Scouts, not a good idea for Scouts nearing eagle.
