We have a new Scout in our Troop who was never Awarded his Arrow of Light, either in person or in Scoutbook/Internet Advancement. I have contacted his former Den Leader and the Advancement Coordinator for his pack who confirm that he earned it, but since he is a Scout, there is no option to award him a Cub Scout award. Who can I contact to get his record updated appropriately?
Your council registrar should be able to correct this.

Ours requests a manual old fashioned advancement report form for a paper trail (even though it is submitted via email).
